Come prepared, come comfortable, and come ready to celebrate

01
Arrival

Please arrive by 4:00 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM sharp inside the Starlight Vista Chapel.

02
Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttles depart from Basecamp Lodge Hotel at 3:15 PM. Shuttle service is highly recommended because the venue sits at the end of a private alpine road.

03
Parking

Complimentary valet parking is required for guests who drive. Self-parking is not available so the venue can preserve the mountain views and guest arrival flow.

04
Ride-Shares

Uber, Lyft, and standard taxis are not reliable at the peak, and cell service can be spotty. Please use the shuttle or arranged transportation.

05
Dress Code

Mountain formal. The chapel and lodge are climate-controlled, but cocktail hour and dancing are outdoors. Bring a warm shawl, jacket, or wrap.

06
Footwear

Natural slate pathways connect the chapel, lodge, terrace, and restrooms. Block heels, wedges, or dress flats are strongly recommended.

07
Altitude

The venue sits at approximately 8,500 feet. Please hydrate throughout the evening and be mindful that alcohol may affect you more quickly at altitude.

08
Kids

Children included on your invitation are warmly welcome. This celebration is centered on love, family, and the future Vivienne and Nathaniel are building together.

09
Keepsake Notes

We welcome you to share a note in Keepsake Notes. You may leave a written message and, when available, upload a favorite photo or video memory.

10
Unplugged Ceremony

Please turn off and put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. The professional photographers will capture the moment so guests can be fully present.

11
Accessibility

The historic property includes integrated ramps and flat slate pathways connecting the main areas. Guests with mobility needs should note them with their RSVP or question form.

12
Registry

Your presence is the gift. If you wish to honor us with a gesture, registry and honeymoon fund details will be shared here as the day approaches.

Out of Town

Travel and hotels

Out-of-town guests should plan to stay near Basecamp Lodge Hotel or the nearest major town below the Granite Crest Alpine Reserve. The venue is approximately 45 minutes from the nearest major town, and the final ascent is best handled by the wedding shuttle. More lodging details may be added as the wedding day approaches.

A note on gifts

Your presence is the gift

Your presence on our day is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to honor us with a gesture, we have established a honeymoon registry and cash fund to build our next chapters together.
